HDA houses are built to last. Our homes are built with the desires of each individual homeowner or family in mind and are not all the same. We build homes of different sizes, with different layouts and styles, and we give families the chance to pick colors, light fixtures, flooring, and more. Most importantly, we build homes that are affordable for each family. Every HDA house is constructed by our crew of professional carpenters, and every home is built of the highest quality materials and is energy efficient. In fact, on average, our Energy Star-certified homes save families over $900 a year on utility costs!
Take a look at our floor plans and start imagining your forever home. A forever home is one that’s designed for all stages of life with spaces that meet the evolving needs of families. Be aware that we do occasionally retire old floor plans and will add new ones whenever they become available.

Rarely, an HDA house will come up for sale. This is usually due to a homeowner changing their mind about the home and choosing to move out of our service area. If that happens, we make the home available to potential low-income homebuyers in the counties we serve. We also have our Hope Building houses for sale on the Open Market and will post them as they become available. Our Hope Building Homes are not bound by any income restrictions. Whenever we have a home up for purchase, we will list it at the link below.
